  ii) The order becomes final with the recipient's confirmation, given following the acknowledgment of receipt, by the electronic means indicated by the person in question. 

  iii) The form of communication used by STRETS allows the recipient to store and reproduce it.

  i) The order, the acknowledgment of receipt and the confirmation of the order are considered received as soon as the recipients have the possibility to access them.

Os produtos encomendados, depois de confirmada a receção das respetivas ordens de encomenda e cobrança, demoram por norma entre 2 a 5 dias úteis a serem entregues no território Português.

  ii) Preço total do bem, incluindo IVA e despesas postais / de entrega em Portugal. 

  iii) Modalidades de pagamento aceites, de entrega, e a data limite em que nos comprometemos a entregar o bem. 

  iv) A existência do direito de livre resolução do contrato - até 60 dias após a encomenda. 

  vi) Possibilidade de troca (60 dias) em circunstância que se comprove uma de duas situações: 

      1) Falha de origem no produto que motiva a troca; 

      2) Vontade do consumidor, em que este mantém a integridade do produto para efeito de troca.

Dever de informação para a celebração do contrato - confirmação das encomendas:

  i) Logo que a STRETS receba uma ordem de encomenda, acusamos a receção desta igualmente por meios eletrónicos no prazo de 1 dia após ter sido realizada a encomenda e, o mais tardar, no momento da entrega do bem.

 ii) A encomenda torna-se definitiva com a confirmação do destinatário, dada na sequência do aviso de receção, pela via eletrónica indicada por este, ou pessoalmente.

 iii) A forma de comunicação utilizada pela STRETS permite ao destinatário armazená-la e reproduzi-la.

 iv) A ordem de encomenda, o aviso de receção e a confirmação da encomenda consideram-se recebidos assim que os destinatários tenham a possibilidade de aceder aos mesmos.
